Report a clone

Think a server or account is impersonating a real seller? Here is what actually protects you — and how the real seller gets it taken down.

First: do not pay anyone yet. Open the seller’s record on this site — search their game and find them — and compare the server ID and payment destination there against what you were given. If they differ, you are dealing with a clone. The record is the truth; a message is not.

If you are a buyer

Tell the real seller, in their real server (the one whose ID matches their record). They can file a report from their panel, which is the route that can lead to a takedown. We do not take anonymous public reports, because a public accusation about a named server is exactly the kind of unverified claim that harms real people — so reports go through the seller who was copied, with evidence and a right of reply.

If you are the seller being copied

Sign in and open Clone watch in your panel. Submit the clone’s invite or server ID there. We resolve it to a server ID, give the accused notice and a chance to reply, and a human reviews it before anything is published — recorded factually, never as a verdict.

Something else

For a complaint about the service or a moderation decision, open a ticket in our Discord server with /ticket. It creates a private channel only you and staff can see, and what is said there is kept on your record so nothing depends on anyone remembering it. We operate a complaints route and reply within a stated window.
